Tuesday

8:32 a.m.: A Mercury boat motor, a Dewalt generator and miscellaneous items with a total value of about $4,800 were reported stolen from the Hauser boat launch in the 10700 block of North Fay Place in Hauser Lake.

Wednesday

10:37 p.m.: Four pistols, three rifles and a green safe containing a Bushnell range finder jewelry and other items with a total value of about $6,400 were reported stolen from a residence in the 14500 block of North Hamlet Trail near Hayden.

Marion O. Jent, 46, Denver, Colo.: 30 days in jail with credit for time served and $137.50 in fines for consuming an open container of an alcoholic beverage within the city limits.

Tanya M. Bronson, 30, Spokane: One year determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $725.50 in fines and two years probation for burglary.

Devin B. Johnson, 20, Spokane: Two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time with credit for time served, retained jurisdiction, $765.50 in fines and $100 restitution for possession of a controlled substance.

Michael T. Mahoney, 54, Hayden: One year determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $665.50 in fines and 18 months probation for possession of a controlled substance.
