Kootenai County Sheriff

Monday

9:10 a.m.: A Stihl chain saw, automobile parts and equipment and other items with a total value of about $2,200 were reported stolen from a resident of Rathdrum.

1:21 p.m.: An Apple laptop computer valued at $1,800 was reported stolen from a room at a business located in the 17400 block of East Hayden Lake Road near Hayden.

Joshua D. Fleming, 30, Spokane: Two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time with retained jurisdiction for grand theft by receiving or obtaining control of stolen property.

Caleb L. Cox, 28, Coeur d'Alene: 150 days in jail, four years determinate penitentiary time and six years indeterminate time with three years probation for burglary and three counts of grand theft.
