Kenneth Henry, 54

| August 17, 2010 2:10 PM

Kenneth Henry, born Aug. 3, 1956, in Clarion, Iowa, passed away at home on Aug. 16, 2010, due to complications of Multiple Sclerosis. Kenny (Hank) moved to Coeur d'Alene in 1986. Six months later he met his future wife and married on June 10, 1989. Kenny will be remembered for his kind, gentle, shy, funny and generous spirit. Kenny loved making his friends and family laugh.

Kenny was from a small town and never lost his sense of community, helping anyone in need. Kenny never spoke a negative word about anyone, always gave you the benefit of the doubt and loved unconditionally.

Kenny is survived by his wife of 21 years, Georgia; sister Marti; sister-in-law and father-in-law Nina Goddard and George Hudson and extended family of same. His greatest legacy is his vast number of loyal friends especially Whip, his best friend since the age of 3, and Jim, Dick, Paul, Randy and so many more, too many to name, you know who you are!

We love you and will forever. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate a donation to the charity of your choice.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010, at Yates Funeral Home, Hayden Chapel. A reception will follow the service at the Yates Hayden Gathering Center. Please visit Ken's memorial and sign his online guest book at www.yatesfuneralhomes.com.
