Hoying leads Indians hit parade

KEIZER, Ore. - Jared Hoying finished with three RBIs and the Spokane Indians held Salem-Keizer to three runs in a 12-3 win on Monday night before 2,209 at Volcanoes Stadium in Northwest League play.

Hoying hit his ninth home run of the season in the sixth, and Ben Henry won his third game of the year for the Indians, going six innings, striking out three and allowing six hits.

Michael Olt, Brett Nicholas and Kevin Rodlund each had two RBIs for Spokane (10-9), which faces Salem-Keizer (6-13) again tonight at 6:30.
