I was pleased to see the First Amendment on the Editorial page of The Press. It is hoped that its presence will encourage all your readers to read this very precious Constitution and its Amendments.
It excites me that these very wise and discerning men who knew well the tendency of men to be self-centered, greedy, self-serving and ruthless, would write such an enduring document which, if followed, would protect the people of this exceptional country forever!
In this age when some people speak and/write forever, that instead of having 7,000 pages of nonsense they could succinctly put so much good sense into a few pages, securing our liberty, freedom and opportunity!
