If you see this guy, say thanks
This is Robbie and, whether you know him or not, he's a friend of yours. You see, he does what many - but not nearly enough of us - do.
My wife and I were running errands in Post Falls Wednesday when I spotted this fellow picking up trash at the corner of
Seltice and Highway 41, next to the Interstate 90 on ramp. There's quite a bit there, so it really needed some care.
With no sheriff's crew nearby and no orange vest in evidence, I wondered. When we came back the other direction he was gone but I tracked him down and asked the obvious question.
Robbie explained that as he walked by he noticed a trash bag on the ground, saw the trash and put the two together with his philosophy.
"If we each do what we can to sweep a little negative out of the world, it will be a better place for all. So that's what I try to do wherever I go."
You might know Robbie. He's from Post Falls but now lives in Bellevue, Wash.
If you see Robbie, you might want to welcome him. We need more visitors like Robbie.
