AMENDED BENEWAH COUNTY, IDAHO REQUEST FOR QUALIFIED ATTORNEYS TO PERFORM CONTRACT PUBLIC DEFENDER SERVICES; PRIMARY PUBLIC DEFENDER, FIRST CONFLICT PUBLIC DEFENDER AND SECOND CONFLICT PUBLIC DEFENDER SERVICES The Benewah County Commissioners will continue to accept letters of interest from qualified attorneys to perform public defender services for Benewah County as independent contractor beginning on October 1, 2010 until Friday, August 20th at 5:00 p.m. Term: Two (2) year term beginning October 1, 2010 and continuing until September 30, 2012. Compensation: To be determined based upon the overall county budget for FY2011 which has not been approved. It is anticipated that the budget for public defender services will not exceed the budget for FY2010 and may be less.
