Mathew S. Rocheleau, 18

Our beloved Mathew Sheridan Rocheleau was called home to be with the Lord on Aug. 5, 2010. Mathew was born March 1, 1992, and the family moved to the Spirit Lake community when he was 9 years old. He attended Spirit Lake Elementary School, Timberlake Junior High School and PROUDLY graduated from Timberlake High School this spring. He was a lover of Jesus and prayed for those who didn't know the Lord. Mathew loved sports, especially baseball, hunting and fishing at the lake. Mathew also enjoyed his employment with Selkirk Timberwrights Co., in Priest Lake. The outpouring of support and love for Mathew and the Rocheleau family show how many people he touched with his giving and helpful heart. Mathew is survived by his father, Dan Rocheleau, his mother, Sheri Rocheleau, and his sister, Matraca Rocheleau. Family, friends and the entire Spirit Lake community will miss their son, older brother and best friend. A memorial fund has been established in Mathew's name at Inland Northwest Bank to assist the family in this time of need.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6 p.m. today, Aug. 10, 2010, at the New Life Community Church on Hayden Avenue, in Rathdrum.
