AVISTA: Big profit poses big problem

In Friday's Press there was a letter to the editor regarding Avista's rate request, then two pages later an article stating Avista earned $25.5 MILLION in the second QUARTER! As stated, 2010 is shaping up to be a GOOD YEAR for Avista - "you think?"
