Pointwest Landscape always customer oriented

| August 6, 2010 9:00 PM

Pointwest Landscape may be a new business, but owner, Chris Briner, has been working in landscaping for more than eight years in the area.

Pointwest offers a wide variety of landscape services including: Grading, landscape lighting, accent rock, boulder walls, tree and shrub installation, hydroseed and lawn care, and exterior home design.

"We can include anything the client wants in a bid," Briner said. "What we can't do we can subcontract."

Briner said he runs a simple business, one that is always customer oriented.

"We meet with each client and plan ideas based on the client's overall goal," he said. "We want to accomplish what it is they want and will find an approach that works."

After finishing each job, Briner follows up with each client to make sure they are satisfied with the final product.

Currently there are five employees working at Pointwest. Even though the company is small, Briner is always looking for new jobs to take on. Every project varies in price, but generally range from $2,000 all the way up to $30,000.

"We can do many projects on a smaller scale," Briner said. "We try to operate within any budget to accommodate the client."

Briner also said that different stages of projects can be implemented at any time.

"If a client wants to implement the first, basic step now and then finish the project at another time, we can do that," he said. "It is nice because times are hard for many people so we can save them money by doing different steps at different times."
