FIREWORKS: Citizens begin to network

Illegal fireworks have become a problem in Kootenai County. Neighborhoods are being impacted not only on the Fourth of July but the week before and after the 4th. If you are a dog owner, I am sure you have been experiencing the effects on your pets. This abuse is negatively impacting the legal fireworks, and it is only getting worse.
