Deanna Nelson, 70

Deanna Nelson passed away Aug. 2, 2010, in Post Falls. She was born Jan. 12, 1940, in Kirkland, Wash., to Fernie and Ella Missall.

Deanna is survived by her children, Cindy Bond and Phillip Halbom; her grandchildren, Jessica Bond and Zackery Bond; her sister, Kitty Kay Foraker; her brother, Kris Missall and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, two brothers and a sister.

She retired from the United States Postal Service in Seattle, then moved to Hauser with her husband. She loved flowers, gardening, being a grandmother and traveling.

Yates Funeral Homes has been entrusted with the care of final arrangements.
