SPITZER, Edward L., 88, of Twin Lakes, died April 21, 2010. Born June 12, 1921, in Grand Rapids, Mich. A military burial will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at the Pinegrove Cemetery in Rathdrum.
