Indians add Depot for right field fans

SPOKANE — Construction has begun on a new group seating area at Avista Stadium — The Depot presented by The Black Book from Hagadone Directories, the Spokane Indians announced.

The Depot presented by The Black Book from Hagadone Directories is a replica train car and will be located just beyond the right field wall, next to the Grotto. The railroad tracks, located nearby and visible from the stadium, provided inspiration for the concept. The Depot will accommodate up to 60 people and includes its own private concession stand. Fans will have the option of sitting inside The Depot or outside in stadium style seating just above the outfield wall.

This project is expected to be completed when the Indians open their season June 18 at home vs. Tri-City.

Those interested in reserving The Depot for a private party or function during home games are asked to contact the Indians group sales department at 509-343-OTTO (6886).
