Barbara Giles Good, 70

Barbara Giles Good, 70, passed away at home on April 20, 2010. She was born May 4, 1939, in Wallace to Henery and Clara Jolgen.

She graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School in 1957, and attended North Idaho College where she received her nurse's aide certificate. She went to work at Pinewood where she met her first husband, Terrence Giles. They had two sons, Brian and Russell. Terry was a career military man and they traveled to many bases in their marriage. They later divorced.

She married Ronald Good in 2002 and they made their home in Coeur d’Alene.

She enjoyed a spirited game of poker and going for a drive, watching TV and, above all having her three grandkids with her, Leslie, George and Chrystal, and her four great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Ron; children Brian and Russell Giles; nieces Mary Eastman, Sharron Rogers, and Diane Kiebert, and nephew, Charles (Kathy) Kunz; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Rita Appelberg and Verna (Babe) Kunz, brother-in-law John Kunz, nieces Lisa King and Daneka Eastman, and nephew Bradley Kunz.

She will be missed.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, April 26, 2010, at English Funeral Chapel, 1133 N. Fourth St., Coeur d’Alene.
