| April 9, 2010 4:08 AM

Clarence James Badger left his earthly world on April 6, 2010.

Jim is survived by his beloved wife, Hazel E. Badger of Post Falls. He was blessed with many children: Tamara Lewis, Moses Lake; Rick Garman, Post Falls; Robert Badger, Las Vegas; James Badger, Spokane; Zelda Nosler, Coeur d’Alene; JayDee Peters, Post Falls; JoAnn Chandler, Coeur d’Alene; Vera Gress, Bayview; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Alma and Clarence Bloodworth; brother Bill Jones and beloved daughter, Tabitha Blanco.

Jim will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandpa and great-grandpa. He was born in Great Bend, Kan., on April 9, 1945. He spent the majority of his life in Washington, Idaho, Oregon and Colorado. Jim spent many years as an Orchard Foreman, as well as a truck driver. All were proud when he returned to school and earned his AA in Accounting, later working as a Night Auditor for Local Motels.

Jim had a deep love for Harley Davidson Motorcycles, computers and fishing. He was skilled at bead and leather work and enjoyed country and western dancing with his wife. Jim will be missed, especially his zest for telling stories. Dad encouraged his children to truly be themselves without passing judgment, and for that we are all strong and independent. Sleep in Peace.

Celebration of his life will take place at 2 p.m. Friday, April 23, 2010, at English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d’Alene.
