Kootenai County Sheriff

Monday

12:42 a.m.: Pine trees valued at $5,000 on private property at West Sargent Loop and Conkling Road near Worley were reportedly cut down and stolen.

5 p.m.: Damages of about $300 were reportedly done to the door of a residence under construction in the 13700 block of North Freddi Road near Rathdrum. A yellow Dewalt tool box and several power tools with a total value of about $1,300 were reported stolen from the home.

JUDGMENT

Capital One Bank (USA) N. A., v. Vicki L. Hopkins, was awarded judgment of $6,564.88.

SENTENCINGS

Floyd M. Kennedy, 32, Hayden: 90 days in jail, two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, work release, $380 in fines, 100 hours community service and three years probation for unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of more than three ounces of marijuana.

Shannon L. Davidson, 33, Priest River: 180 days in jail with 165 days suspended and credit for time served, $750 in fines, driver's license suspended for 90 days and two years probation for driving under the influence.

Aaron S. Farrell, 25, Coeur d'Alene: 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended, $127.50 in fines, $100 restitution and two years probation for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.

Susan D. Sankey, 53, Hayden: 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended, $1,000 in fines, driver's license suspended for 90 days and two years probation for driving under the influence.

Nikko R. Mendoza, 19, Lake Tapps, Wash.: 365 days in jail with 335 days suspended, $1,100 in fines and two years probation for assault/battery upon certain personnel, battery, obstructing officers and possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

Judge Barry Watson

Justin J. Hansel, 18, Rathdrum: 10 days in jail with credit for time served, $250 in fines and two years probation for petit theft.

Vincent L. Clark, 19, Plummer: 10 days in jail with $250 in fines and $100 restitution for possession of a controlled substance.

Brian D. Hoyt, 32, Coeur d'Alene: 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended, $200 in fines, $100 restitution and two years probation for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.
