Bucks earn playoff spot with win over Bulls

John Salmons scored 26 points and the visiting Milwaukee Bucks clinched a playoff spot Tuesday night with a 79-74 victory over the Chicago Bulls.

The Bucks wrapped up their first playoff berth since the 2005-06 season. They are tied with Miami for fifth place in the Eastern Conference.

Jazz 140, Thunder 139, OT: At Salt Lake City, Deron Williams scored 42 points, leading Utah past Oklahoma City.

Pistons 124, 76ers 103: Charlie Villanueva scored 25 points and former Eastern Washington standout Rodney Stuckey added 24, leading Detroit at Philadelphia.

Cavaliers 113, Raptors 101: Antawn Jamison scored 20 points, leading host Cleveland past Toronto.

Knicks 104, Celtics 101: Danilo Gallinari scored 31 points, leading New York past visiting Boston.

Rockets 113, Grizzlies 103: Kevin Martin scored 29 points, leading Houston at Memphis.

Wizards 112, Warriors 94: Nick Young's 29 points lifted Washington past visiting Golden State.

Spurs 95, Kings 86: Richard Jefferson scored 18 points, leading San Antonio at Sacramento.

Bobcats 109, Hawks 100: Gerald Wallace scored 28 points, leading host Charlotte past Atlanta.
