Chapman, a sophomore, won the 200- and 400-meter dash, and ran a leg of the winning 4x400 relay team at the Blue Legends Invitational at Walla Walla High on Saturday. Chapman was named Female Athlete of the Meet. “She had a fantastic day,” Lake City coach Kelly Reed said. “She’s super talented and works hard. She’s just running fantastic right now.” Last Thursday, the 4x400 relay team featuring Bridget Rieken, McKenzie Fletcher and Lilith Tweedy won at the Christina Finney Relays in Post Falls.
