Last month, we published an article in the Veterans Press that told the story of Tim and Sandy Williams participating in the Post Falls Fourth of July parade. It told how honored they were to carry the banners of two of the regions “Fallen Heroes” Banners, Spc. Marc W. Grubham of Saint Maries and Air Force Captain David Lyons. David was from Sandpoint and a graduate of the Air Force Academy and died in Afghanistan in December 2013.
