Dayspring Midwifery celebrates 25 years of bringing babies into the world
Babies have been lovingly welcomed into the world with help of Inga Arts and Dayspring Midwifery for 25 years.
"The joy is the new life," Arts, Dayspring owner and licensed midwife, said Monday. "That never gets old. That new life comes out and it’s just new, every single time. I never lose that joy."

The spaghetti dinner is from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 28 at the Lions clubhouse at the corner of Highway 53 and Meyer Road in Rathdrum.
After dinner, the public can stick around for a short meeting.
Lions Club International is a service organization with more than 46,000 local clubs worldwide. The Rathdrum club is one of several chapters in North Idaho.
Time to get involved in 'Operation Clothe A Child'
For the past few years, the Salvation Army Kroc Center's "Operation Clothe A Child" has given local children a chance to shop with volunteers.
While it has been a success at providing students with warm clothes and support, it's time for a change.
“This year, we made a critical shift,” said Hannah Haakenson, the Kroc Center’s programming Youth development manager. “Rather than asking parents and guardians to drop their kids off, we asked them to come participate in the event with their kids.”
