“When she was a freshman, all we asked her to do was rebound and run,” Gonzaga women's basketball coach Lisa Fortier said of Melody Kempton. “And her role has changed some; we’re still relying on her to rebound and run, but now she’s right there in the top 4-5 that are leading us in scoring.”
