Coordinator Evalyn Adams thanks recent donors who have helped Turkeys & More "Fight Hunger and Feed Hope" for Thanksgiving. She said donations have been coming in a little slower this year and over half of the funds for budget of $51,000 still need to be raised. Heart Reach, the nonprofit sponsor will be distributing turkeys and trimmings food to 1,800 vulnerable families for this cherished holiday. All donations are welcome by mailing check to: Director Myndi Sizemore, Heart Reach, Inc. 772 W. Kathleen Ave., Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815. Be sure to write Turkeys & More on the line describing reason for donation. Many stores order turkeys by late summer, so it is important to get funds collected early to get the best buy.
