In General a. The purpose of this schedule is to set policy for collection of fees to support operations, maintenance, and improvements of the Coeur d’Alene Airport and provide ratepayers a planning tool for future increases. 2. Guidelines for Use a. These Airport fees apply in the absence of any contract or lease to the contrary. b. These Airport fees may be reviewed annually. Airport fee increases of more than 5% are subject to the requirements of Idaho Code 63-1311A, and a public hearing will be held as required by law. 3. Airport Fees are set annually by Resolution. Each fee may be reviewed annually by the Airport staff and Airport Advisory Board for recommended changes to the Board of County Commissioners. 4. Fee changes greater than 5% a. Tower Support Fee i. The $10 Tower Support fee will be billed per landing on aircraft weighing 8,000 pounds and above. The fee will be invoiced year round. There are no other changes to the existing landing fee rates. Aircraft that qualify for existing exemptions and fire suppression aircraft in active firefighting status will not be billed the Tower Support fee. The Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of hearing public comment on this matter at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 in Meeting Room 1A/B, located on the first floor of the County Administration Building, 451 N.
