BANDUCCI: ‘An immature person’

A Jan. 26 Coeur d’Alene Press article again exposed Todd Banducci as an immature person. He recently accused a fellow NIC trustee of being asinine, even calling her a “jackass.” He went on to call other trustees “lunatics” just because he couldn’t get his way. Is this guy 12 years old?

His bio claims he was in the AF Reserves for about 10 years, eventually making the grade of major, a lower-ranking officer grade. I retired from the Air Force after 29 years, all active duty. I worked with officers and senior NCOs at all levels, including generals, and in every branch of service. I spent 20 of those years overseas in eight different countries. I did temporary duty in many others, so I worked with people in numerous cultures. Not once did I work with a person at “any” grade, “any” branch of service, or “any” culture that would publicly criticize another person as Banducci did. I wonder if he left the AF voluntarily or if he was either told or convinced to leave. 

Banducci and his gang have a lot to apologize for, the way they treat people, the insane decisions they have made over three years, the more than a million dollars (and counting) they have wasted, etc. I don’t know the reason for it — dishonesty, incompetence or something worse. I just don’t know, but my opinion is that they are simply lost … clueless.   

Whatever the reason, they can at least treat others with respect, especially publicly. Their opinions are no better than those of others. I thought a trustee position required an adult, not a dolt.
