FAST FIVE Manifest your best life with Cari Hoffman
Meet Cari Hoffman, who owns a crystal shop named Clarity Center, which is stocked with high-frequency healing tools like crystals, essential oils, teas and other items that can assist in your healing journey.
Cari possesses abilities that extend far beyond the conventional realms of empathy and sympathy — she has clairsentience and claircognizance. While many individuals can sympathize with someone’s struggles or empathize with their feelings, Cari has the unique capability to delve deeply into a person's energy field. This allows her to experience and perceive their emotional energy as if it were her very own. When she communicates her understanding by saying, “I feel you,” she is not merely offering words of comfort; she is genuinely attuned to the intricate emotional landscape of the person before her.
This extraordinary connection enables Cari to access vital information within the individual’s emotional energy body. By tuning into this energy, she is able to discern underlying emotions, unresolved traumas and energetic blockages that may be affecting the person's overall well-being. With this insight, she facilitates a dialogue between the individual's conscious mind and their ego, guiding them toward a more profound understanding of their emotional state. This process is essential, as it allows for a more comprehensive exploration of feelings that are often buried beneath the surface, making it easier to confront and heal past wounds.

1) What exactly is an energy healer and how do you become one?
You can say I'm an energy healer because I work with individuals' energies, but what I do isn't the conventional form of energy work people would assume. I was actually born with most of my abilities. Growing up, they felt more like disabilities because I didn't understand them; it seemed like they were hurting me more than helping. It was definitely a lifelong learning process of trying to understand them and then to start using them to help other people. Feels like a different kind of learning curve.
I do believe everyone has their own unique abilities, and the way to tap into them is to heal your emotional body. When we have traumas and are not in a healed or aligned state, our energy, body and mind have distortions that keep us blocked from our true power and potential. The best thing you can do is to start your healing journey, raise your vibration and see what opens up for you, without forcing anything. While I was born with mine, I also had to do this in order to have the understanding and to strengthen it, which is an ongoing process. You need to go through this process to understand any ability you may gain.
2) What do you do at the Clarity Center — what are your most popular services?
We have a crystal bed where you can meditate lying on crystals that will assist in aligning your energy and enhancing your meditation experience. I definitely recommend it if you're having trouble meditating on your own or if you are stressed out because the bed seems to make everyone feel very relaxed and refreshed.
We also offer an ionic foot bath, which helps detox the body, liver, lymph nodes and reduce inflammation.
And then obviously you can work with me if you're interested in emotional healing. I also give tarot readings and offer a tarot class if you want to learn how to read the cards for yourself.
3) What are a few personal philosophies or mantras you live by?
Oh, I have so many! I pretty much teach in philosophies and mantras to live by, so it depends on the circumstance. Probably the best one for why I do what I do is Gandhi's, "Be the change you wish to see in the world." If you don't like your world, the best and only thing you can do is change yourself, which does change the world more than anyone would think.
Also, probably my main one is, "Know thyself." It's the most important thing. To know thyself takes deep introspection and questioning of your thoughts, beliefs, behaviors and emotions to better understand yourself. This is where true spiritual growth comes from.
4) What is something people would be surprised to know about you?
I had Lyme disease and healed myself. This motivated me to open my store, where I could provide the remedies I used for my recovery. My healing involved addressing emotional traumas and utilizing alternative health approaches, which I aim to offer in my store. So when I say I believe these things work, it's not just wishful thinking. I proved it works because I did it and I believe it can work for other people as well. It is not easy though, it takes hard work and dedication, a true desire for something better.
5) How can we manifest and/or bring about a positive, happy and healthy new year ahead?
I'm probably starting to sound like a broken record, but my answer will always be emotional healing. Even if it sounds repetitive, it's super important for our overall well-being and personal growth, including our health. Emotional healing isn't just a buzzword; it's a deep journey that takes commitment and self-reflection. It means working through our emotional pain, figuring out where it comes from and learning how to handle our feelings in a healthy way. Sure, it can feel overwhelming, but in the end, it's totally worth it and can change your life.
Emotional healing is key if you want to have a fresh, better year because it means letting go of past stress and worries so they don't keep popping up in your future. When we drag around unresolved feelings and traumas from the past, they can really weigh us down and affect our decisions and relationships without us even knowing. By diving into emotional healing, we open up space for new chances, healthier relationships and a more positive outlook on life. It helps us drop the baggage from our past, letting us fully enjoy the present and step into the future with new hope and strength.
Real spiritual healing is about facing, acknowledging, exploring and integrating what we're going through. It's not about running away from reality. Instead, it pushes us to confront our emotions directly, understand what they mean and learn from them. This journey often means digging deep into our minds, looking at our beliefs, fears and the patterns that have shaped our lives. By doing this, we can uncover valuable insights that lead to personal growth and better self-awareness. Emotional healing also helps us be more compassionate toward ourselves and others since we realize everyone is dealing with their own struggles. In the end, this process helps us live genuinely, embrace our vulnerabilities and build a life that truly reflects who we are and what we want.
