SHERIFF: Critic should worry about own ‘side of the line’

Chris Powell’s observation of Sheriff Norris and his library activity seems to indicate that as a Spokane resident he needs to tell those who elected the sheriff how he should do his job. I think he should help clean up his side of the line first. That would be a much bigger job. When those of us who elected him are unhappy with him, we will handle it.
