North Pole taking calls through Rathdrum switchboard
Kids can receive a call from Santa from 5:30-7:30 p.m. beginning Thursday, Nov. 7-Tuesday, Dec. 5 as part of a program hosted by the Rathdrum Parks and Recreation Department.
Arrangements have been made with the North Pole for Santa, Mrs. Claus, or one of the elves to personally call each child.

RATHDRUM — The Rathdrum Parks and Recreation Department has set up a special switchboard so that local kids can receive a call from Santa. Sign up between Thursday, Nov. 7 and Tuesday, Dec. 5 to get a direct line to the North Pole.
Arrangements have been made with the North Pole for Santa, Mrs. Claus, or one of the elves to personally call each child on Thursday, Dec. 7. Families who want to have their kid receive a direct line to the North Pole need to complete a registration form.
Santa’s office will call children between 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Specific call times cannot be guaranteed due to Santa’s busy schedule. The department asks that families expecting a call please stay available and keep phone lines open during this timeframe.
