COEUR TERRE: Moratorium needed; listen to the people

To the mayor and councilmembers: This is in reference to the annexation of Coeur Terre. I am very much opposed to this request. First I think you should put at least a five-year moratorium on this project. Right now I do not feel this is a needed project. We have enough problems right now with growth. We need to halt, and take a long hard look at this. Look at the roads and maybe even drive on them. Maybe listen to the people by the people for the people. Amen.
