PUBLIC NOTICE The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare's Ryan White Part B/ADAP and HIV, STD and Hepatitis Section are offering funding for two unique subgrants for applicants to conduct the following activities: 1) Medical case management and support services to persons living with HIV or AIDS and 2) HIV testing (including the use of a Mobile Testing Vehicle), Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis Education and condom distribution. Applicants are expected to provide services in both Health District Service Area 1 and Health District Service Area II. The funding levels are dependent upon the availability of Federal Funding and the strength of the application. The funding parameters can be found in each subgrant application packet, in the Budget Proposal section. Funding for each subgrant will be based on satisfactory completion of the Scope of Work activities for a maximum funding duration of four years. These opportunities are funded by the HIV Care Grant Program - Part B States/Territories Formula and AIDS Drug Assistance Program Formula and ADAP Supplemental grants (CFDA 93.917), and the CDC Integrated HIV Surveillance and Prevention Programs for Health Departments grant PS18-1802 (CFDA 93.940).
