Olson named one of the 10 best real estate agents in Idaho for client satisfaction

The American Institute of Real Estate Agents has recognized the exceptional performance of Idaho’s agent Joel Olson as one of the 10 Best Real Estate Agents for Client Satisfaction.

The American Institute of Real Estate Agents is a third-party rating organization that publishes an annual list of the Top 10 Real Estate Agents in each state. Agents who are selected to the “10 Best” list must pass the institute’s rigorous selection process, which is based on client and peer nominations, thorough research, and independent evaluation.

One of the most significant aspects of the selection process involves agents’ relationships and reputation among his or her clients. As clients should be an agent’s top priority, the institute selects agents who have achieved significant success in the field of real estate without sacrificing the service and support they provide. Selection criteria focus on agents who demonstrate the highest standards of client satisfaction.

Joel Olson is with Northwest Realty Group. He can be contacted at 208-659-0372.

Best Western Plus Cd’A Inn earns Green Award

The Best Western Plus Coeur d’Alene Inn has been awarded the Best Western 2019 Green Award. This award designates a commitment to conserving energy, sustaining resources, and reducing the overall hotel carbon footprint.

This is a one-time award and can only be achieved by complying with AH & LA core green guidelines and/or the Green Key programs and participating in TripAdvisor’s Green Leaders program. Additionally, the hotel ranked in the top 40 percent of overall service and quality assurance for 2018.

“This award is a wonderful tribute to our fantastic team of hospitality professionals here at the Inn and to Duane Hadadone and the Hagadone family’s commitment to excellence in every aspect of our great hotel,” said president JJ Jaeger.

Jaeger credits a team-wide effort to implement initiatives such as the regular monitoring and reduction of energy usage, a guest optional linen and towel re-use plan, a guest optional housekeeping deferral program and the implementation of energy efficient lighting.

“This along with maintaining our position among the top Best Western hotels in guest survey scores and quality assurance scores helped us earn this award,” he said.

Located at 506 W. Appleway Ave. in Coeur d’Alene, the hotel features 122 rooms, an onsite restaurant and cocktail lounge, conference center, an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center.
