Tristan Whitling

Whitling, a freshman from Coeur d’Alene Charter who swam at Coeur d’Alene, was one of two members of the Wisconsin-Whitewater men’s swimming and diving team to earn All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference accolades at the conference championships at Schroeder Aquatic Center in Brown Deer, Wis. Whitling, a biology major, helped the Warhawks finish fourth with a score of 541 points. Whitling was runner-up in the 500-yard freestyle in 16 minutes, 32.06 seconds.

Manzardo, a 6-foot-1, 185 pound freshman from Lake City High, has three hits in 14 at-bats for the Cougars, including a home run and two RBIs. He has started all four games for Washington State (0-4), which opened the season last weekend against Saint Mary’s in Moraga, Calif.

Kolden, a 5-foot-11, 183-pound freshman third baseman from Lake City High, has three hits in 13 at-bats for the Cougars, scoring one run in the team’s series against Saint Mary’s last weekend.
