REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSALS Lovell Valley Road Culvert Replacement and Overlay Project No. 2019-01 The Coeur D' Alene Tribe's Public Works Department is soliciting qualifications and proposals from firms to develop plans and specifications for an asphalt overlay of Lovell Valley Road located southwest of Plummer, Idaho. The proposed design will include the evaluation of all culverts as well as traffic signs for conformity with current MUTCD standards. Indian preference will apply in the selection of the firms in accordance with the Tribe's TERO requirements. The deadline for submission of qualifications and proposals is 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2019.
