Warmer (yes!), but snowier (no!)

Old Man Winter’s February fury runs deep — and apparently, it’s about to run even deeper.
Up to 8 additional inches of snow are forecast in the Coeur d’Alene area through this evening.
That’s not all, folks. Light to moderate accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are forecast overnight into Wednesday morning.
Wednesday’s high should surpass the freezing mark for the first time since Feb. 3 with a high of 34 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Windy conditions that caused roadway snow drifts are expected to subside this afternoon as temperatures gradually warm.
But that’s still not all.
Up to 3 additional inches of snow are expected through Wednesday evening with less than an inch forecast for Thursday. Highs through Friday will hover around the freezing mark with lows in the upper teens and low 20s.
The forecast calls for a 60 percent chance of precipitation on Friday with a high near 33. Significant snow accumulation is not expected.
Spring is still forecast to arrive March 20.
