Seedlings for sale by soil and water conservation district

The Kootenai-Shoshone Soil & Water Conservation District’s Annual Tree Seedling Program is underway.

The deadline to purchase boxes of locally sourced seedlings is March 15.

A variety of seedlings are available: ponderosa pine, Western white pine, Western larch, lodgepole pine and Douglas fir.

The seedlings are container grown in 8-inch and 15-inch plugs and will be ready for pickup April 4 and 5.
