CONSUMERS: Praise for columnists

I have been a fan of the Consumer Protection column since you first started it with Bill Brooks.

I have written to both Mr. Brooks and Ms. Dickerson and have received prompt and very helpful replies.

I try to read both columns each week and I end up copying quite a few sections of the columns to be able to have that information in the future in case I need it.

I am writing to thank you for having the column and to try to let you know how much it is appreciated.
