Thank you for publishing the column written by Bill Brooks. He helps speak up for many who are not able or who are not sure how. I enjoy reading the stories where potential scams have been avoided or where he has assisted a victim. Scammers continue to find new ways to trick us and simple billing mistakes can be costly to readers. I think he is providing a great service to the community.
