RIGGS: Good for growth

Peter Riggs is unmistakably the best choice for Idaho in District 3B. A native North Idahoan, he clearly understands the issues we face, having faced them his entire life. His parents, former Senator and Lt. Governor Jack Riggs and Rachel Riggs, are also North Idaho natives and the entire family has contributed to the economic growth and development of our region and state, as well as through their community volunteerism.

Peter has never depended upon the government or taxpayer funded salaries (as has his opponent for most of his career). He has not only worked in the private sector, but has also provided jobs for thousands of U.S. citizens through his involvement in Pita Pit USA, with more than 250 locations in 44 states. He has contributed to our local/state/national economy with employment, taxes and meals.

Peter understands the issues, is thoughtful, and responsive to questions. He takes the time to clearly communicate his message and will be able to represent us well. You can count on an answer directly from him. Being fiscally and socially conservative, he will represent the constituents in his district.

I am also confident that he will work together with his Idaho legislative district colleagues to address the issues of District 3, rather than focusing on federal issues over which we have no control.
