DUNCAN: Skills to succeed

I have had the good fortune to work with Leslie Duncan for more than two years on the Kootenai County Aquifer Protection District Policy and Budget Committee.

We work with the county commissioners, multiple state agencies, and local jurisdictions to maintain and enhance the protection of the Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer, an economic lifeblood of our region. Leslie’s firm grasp on the issues related to budgets, regulations and water quality as well as her even-handed approach to solving problems are a great asset as our committee chair.

Leslie has shown me that she would quickly apply those skills and be a great asset to Kootenai County as a commissioner.
