BENGHAZI: Bolster your knowledge

For many of us, the dreadful events of the Sept. 11, 2012 Benghazi attack on our American Diplomatic Outpost and the murder of Americans have been somewhat confusing. Hillary Clinton (then Secretary of State) told us one thing and Republicans have held numerous hearings — but we have found out very little about actual facts of that night.

The recently released movie “13 Hours, The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi” portrays the actual events leading up to and including the night of the attack and the murder of our Ambassador and three others by Libyan terrorists. During the filming of the movie, men who survived the Benghazi attack were on the set giving factual information regarding what happened. The movie is based on the book The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi by Mitchell Zuckoff with the Annex Security Team. The main sources of this book are the five surviving American Security Source operators.

I have read the book and viewed this film recently. Indeed, they are eye openers. I would hope that everyone would have an opportunity to read the book and view this film before casting their votes in the next presidential election. Why?! Because Hillary Clinton is most likely to be the Democratic nominee and her famous response at one of the hearings to questions regarding “What happened in Benghazi?” is “What difference does it make?” will certainly have a vivid impact on your thinking.

One other matter that has not been clarified is the whereabouts of President Obama on that night—even today it is still a mystery! Another point that needs to be brought out--this all happened just a few weeks before the last presidential election when both President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton were telling the world of their great foreign policy achievements, especially in Libya—another “fact” that turned out to be a lie.

Oh yes-one last thing-recently when Hillary Clinton was asked if she was going to see the movie, she replied “I don’t have time!” So folks, please “take time” and see the movie, read the book, and get the facts. At the conclusion of the film and book, if you can in any way, shape or form still vote for Hillary Clinton for our next Commander-in-Chief, I will be greatly surprised and deeply saddened.
