United Way seeking letters of intent
COEUR d’ALENE — United Way of Kootenai County is pleased to invite interested nonprofit organizations to submit a letter of intent for the 2016-2018 Community Care Fund.
United Way of Kootenai County funds programs that are positively changing lives in our communities in the focus areas of education, income/basic needs, and health.
“United Way relies on community data and research as well as local volunteers to help determine our funding priorities,” said Jeff Owens, community impact council chair. “Our goal is to use donors' dollars to improve the quality of people’s lives and build a stronger community.”
Agencies interested in applying for funding must submit the completed letter of intent form online by 5 p.m. Friday, March 18.
The letter of intent form, instructions, and current funding priorities are available on United Way’s website at www.kootenaiunitedway.org. Agencies can also contact the United Way office at (208) 667-8112 for more information.
