The Mica Kidd Island Fire Protection District hereby publishes notice of intent to award a sole source procurement. This notice is being given pursuant to Idaho Code Sections 67-2808 (2) (a). The sole source procurement is between Idaho Federal Surplus Property and the Mica Kidd Island Fire Protection District. The Mica Kidd Island Fire Protection District proposes to purchase personal property or services: Freightliner M916A1 chassis. Idaho Federal Surplus Property is the sole provider of an item that competitive solicitation is impractical, disadvantageous or unreasonable under the circumstances. The Board of Fire Commissioners has determined that there is only one vendor qualified to provide this personal property or service.
