Meet ninjas big and small today in Spokane

| August 19, 2016 9:00 PM

Coeur d’Alene’s “American Ninja Warrior” competitors Chris Moore and Stephen Seiver will be at Spokane Shriners Hospital for children today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., participating in a unique event.

Moore, a local prosthetist who has pledged his ANW winnings to the hospital, has partnered with the hospital’s rehabilitation department to offer young Shriners patients a challenging and fun ninja obstacle course designed specifically for them.

Moore and Seiver, along with fellow ninja warrior Sandy Zimmerman of Spokane, who helped create the course, will be coaching the kids as they meet the obstacles head-on.

The public is invited to come to the Spokane hospital, 911 W. Fifth Ave., to meet the Ninja Warriors from the hit television show and cheer on the Shriners kids.
