ANGELS: Visit woman twice

There are angels in this city. I’ve always known there are more great, honest, caring people in our community than bad. Twice in two weeks these “angels” appeared.

My ride dropped me off at the discount theater. When I tried to buy my ticket, the lady said they don’t take cards — cash only. Whoops, none in my wallet, and my ride had left. Before I could turn around, embarrassed, the lady behind me had bought me a ticket. I enjoyed the movie “Intern” very much, and I can’t thank her enough. I will pay it forward!

Then again I had gone into a medical building. When I came down off the elevator, much talk and commotion was going on. I asked a woman what was happening, as everyone in reception and the lobby were looking concerned for a gentleman who seemed confused and needed help. Thank you so much for trying to get help to him. I didn’t mean to be abrupt. I needed to get him back in the car. Lesson learned!
