Chad Leandro Nelson, 39

On Dec. 14, 2015, Chad Leandro Nelson found peace again. He was born on Jan. 29, 1976, in Downey, Calif. to Stanley L. and Priscilla C. Nelson. Chad was a gregarious, happy child, never without friends and the love and appreciation of others. He graduated from high school in Coeur d'Alene and went on to the University of Idaho where he received his BS in mechanical engineering. After college, Chad started CNL Design, his own engineering and architectural firm. He designed many buildings in the area, finalizing with the one for ETCO Controls.

Chad is survived by his father, Stan Nelson; his brother, Eric Nelson; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Chaddy will always be remembered by his enormous personality, his sharp wit and his ability to make everyone in the room smile.
