God, country; free for the taking?

Seriously, America, it’s time to WAKE UP! It’s our turn to “stand the watch” and guard the walls.

Time is UP to get off our lazy, apathetic butts and stop giving away what millions of Americans have sacrificed and died for: Our faith, our freedom, a voice, and a choice to govern and protect this country.

We’ve grown lazy and self-indulgent, not even willing to sacrifice the few moments it takes to vote. Stop waiting for everyone else to make the sacrifices for what you take for granted every day.

Kudos to Pastor Van Noy of Candlelight church; a knowledgeable, honest voice in this growing darkness and destruction of our country. He brought the spotlight of truth to the flag-waving, insidious liars and murderers of our children by Planned Parenthood.

He also sounds an alarm that we are letting people, inside and outside of our country, undermine its foundational principles, its freedoms, and privileges. We are not only freely giving away our country and livelihoods, we are letting our elected officials use our tax dollars to pay them to live here while they employ their “takeover” strategies. They can smell our apathy all the way from their own countries.

We’ve become a non-moving target; easy pickings for anyone willing to take what we won’t defend.

Recent generations think “sacrifice” and “wage war” mean leaving their homes early to be first in line for Starbucks so they won’t have to wait. Too many Americans think their only real use for defensive tactics and military strategies are to employ on Black Friday so they can get big discounts on the latest fashion desires or favorite techno toys before the store runs out of them.

Wake up! In this country, and all around the world, natural and man-made catastrophes are giving us a taste of what’s ahead and what it’s like to do without. The recent windstorm showed so many of us how much we take for granted heat and electricity. If you think those few days were a hardship, if being uncomfortable and inconvenienced rattled your world, you need to get a serious reality check NOW.

This country is on a collision course and you’re in the center lane. If we don’t start acting like true warriors on the home front, we stand to be far more inconvenienced and uncomfortable. We are about to see and feel why the forefathers of this nation rallied in every city, county, and state to establish and grow this country’s freedoms and enormously blessed standard of living.

In the past 100 years, communities unified, scavenged metal, rubber, and other things for the war effort. They stood in food lines and negotiated with “ration” coupons. They willingly made sacrifices because they knew what it was like from generations of persecution, famine, death and poverty before immigrating to the United States.

If you’re one among the tens of thousands who are devastated when your cellphone battery dies, or you can’t connect to social media, it’s a flashing sign that you need to start appreciating and fighting to keep all the comforts you stand to lose in the very near future! To paraphrase the famous, eloquent words of former President Kennedy, stop asking what your country can do for you and start asking what you can do for your country.

Start today. Learn about the candidates who want to steer the helm of this nation; will it be to victory or destruction? And not only listen to what they say, but look at what they’ve done. Vote for those who are willing to fight to keep us from being devoured by a very real and present darkness.

Elect those who will stop the murder of tens of millions of our children and the selling of their mutilated body parts. Vote for those who will fight to maintain our freedoms and protect our borders. Work to correctly discern political rhetoric, lies, and manipulation.

It’s time to kick out of office ALL those who think they are entitled to circumvent our laws and principles in this government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

The terrorists are already here; many are sitting in high government offices and are systematically allowing and aiding entry of more with the goal of increasing the size of a voting block who will vote for socialism and progressive agendas. [Don’t look now, but there are over 70 positions in Homeland Security that are filled with people who have been confirmed as having ties to terrorism (the “watchlist”)].

It’s your turn to stand the watch and guard the walls! Defend it or lose it!
