Monday — Italian sausage with tomato sauce, whole wheat pasta, green beans, garlic bread, dessert

Tuesday — Chicken enchilada with salsa, sour cream and cheddar cheese, black beans, brown rice, dessert

Wednesday — Beef pot roast with potatoes, carrots, celery and onion, salad greens, quinoa with nuts, dessert

Friday — Roasted pork loin with apple sauce, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, mixed grains, dessert

Hayden Senior Center

Tuesday — Roast chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, Caesar salad, fresh bread, dessert, milk and juice

Thursday — Baked French toast, sausage, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, milk and juice

Post Falls Senior Center

Spirit Lake Senior Center
