Is the Idaho lottery so money hungry that they have to disappoint those who pay their wages? Is it necessary to market scratch tickets in a way that people will assume they can win the big one on any given ticket that is sold when that obviously is not the case?
A friend bought a $5 Twisted Treasures scratch ticket the other day. Anyone who plays them knows it is hard to get one ticket that you can complete 1 line on to win. You would assume 1 line would at least get your $5 back, and any line after that would be worth at least $5 a line. But that would be far from the truth. My friend blacked out the whole card and got every number on the whole card and his reward for this very rare occurrence was $5 total. How disappointing would that be?
You can’t get a better ticket than this — period! Makes you wonder if there even is a big winning ticket, because if there was, this ticket should have been it. In my opinion, this is a scam.
