Kimbley, Kenneth B. III, 37, Athol, lewd conduct with a minor, $100,000.

Lambert, Sierra A., 29, Coeur d’Alene, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, trafficking in heroin, possession of controlled substance drugs, $50,000.

Holmes, Deborah P., 35, Post Falls, DUI, injury to child-adult in vehicle while under the influence, injury to child-adult, $2,000.

Ovnick, Hunter W., 23, Wallace, DUI, consuming or possessing open container while driving, $3,000.

Marquette, Jody L., 43, Harrison, DUI, $10,000.

Logan, Bradley R., 25, Coeur d’Alene, theft by receiving, possessing or disposing of stolen property, $2,000.

Haux, Jacob R., 33, Spirit Lake, DUI, probation violation, $20,000.

Griffin, Jessica C., 32, Coeur d’Alene, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia with intent to use, $1,500.

Moffett, Brett A., 29, Post Falls, probation violation, $10,000.

Havier, Kina D., 21, Worley, accident — failure to notify upon striking fixtures on the highway, operating a vehicle without a current or valid class D license, $3,000.

Kloos, Dustin C., 41, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation, $10,000.

Burroughs, Matthew R., 32, Harrison, DUI, driving without privileges, $10,000.

Nelson, Gregg A., 55, Hayden, DUI, driving without privileges, consuming or possessing an open container while driving, $20,000.

Holguinm, Raymond A., 31, Hayden, excessive DUI, driving without privileges, resisting or obstructing an officer, $5,000.

Meeks, David E., III, 31, Post Falls, frequenting a place where controlled substances are used, manufactured, cultivated, held, delivered or given, $5,000.
