Free health care clinic offered at Kootenai County Fairgrounds

COEUR d'ALENE — ID Sonshine’s two-day free health care clinic for all un-insured and underinsured individuals is scheduled Sept. 19 and 20 at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds.
This event is first-come, first-served with no income level qualifications. ID Sonshine is partnering with Panhandle Health and Heritage Health North Idaho to put it on.
Registration is from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept.19 and Sept. 20.
Doctors will volunteer to provide a wide range of medical services during the clinic.
Services offered include:
- Blood pressure/sugar tests, diabetes awareness, family medicine, naturopathic care, pediatrics, primary care and sports physicals
- X-rays, extractions, fillings, cleanings, consultations
- Eye exams, frames, polycarbonate lenses
- Limited audiology exams available to test hearing
- Diabetes education, lifestyle coaching, mental health services and nutrition counseling
- Chiropractic therapy, massage therapy and physical therapy
- Legal counsel, child care, haircuts, portraits and free clothing
